š± Not perfection, but practice
Returning doesnāt mean never judging, never fearing, never slipping back. It means noticing when we do, and choosing againāwith compassionāto realign.
š± Wrestling with ourselves gently
We wrestle with our own scarcity fears, ego, and reflex to rank. The wrestling itself is growth, when done without self-condemnation.
š± Shifting the measure of worth
Instead of asking āAm I enough compared to others?ā, we practice asking āAm I aligned with my truer nature right now?ā
š± Compassion as the compass
Both for ourselves and others. When we fail, we donāt punish; we learn. When others stumble, we donāt rank; we recognize the shared human struggle.
š±Small, real choices
Pausing before reacting in anger.
Choosing rest over overwork.
Thanking the earth for a meal.
Listening deeply instead of preparing a defense.
These are returns.
š«In short: Returning to ourselves isnāt about becoming perfect. Itās about staying in the struggleāwith compassionāso that step by step, we live closer to our truer nature.
