Humanity is Universal

Humanity is Universal—a common language that transcends the isms, the social and economic structures, faiths, the ideologies and judgments.
Perhaps this quote below serves as one of life’s metaphors—echoing not only the arc of human history and American history, but the raw truth of lived human experiences:
“There ain't a white man in this room who would trade places with me. Not one. None of you would switch places with me—and I'm rich!” -Chris Rock
To truly understand ourselves and one another or "others," we must recognize that all human experiences are just as valid as our own —at the very least, we must consciously cultivate a willingness to step into someone else's world.
Let’s cultivate light. 🙏🌸
